Carrier Sales Representative - Third Shift

As a Carrier Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for sourcing new and existing carrier partners to service our customers with a high level of transparency and attention to detail. The Carrier Representative will be a strong relationship builder, determined to elevate service and leverage market conditions and carrier partnerships to achieve the long term financial goals of Logan Premium. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for tracking all loads with late or early morning pick ups and deliveries, bouncing any late carriers and recovering the loads as quickly as possible.
This is an on-site role in Skopje, North Macedonia.
What You’ll Do:
- Build carrier relationships for spot and contracted freight.
- Negotiating with carriers to improve margin percentage and earn increased commission.
- Oversee all in transit shipments and confirm all drivers are tracking on time and via Macropoint.
- Communicate with drivers and dispatchers to ensure on-time pickup and delivery from the point of dispatch through the final delivery.
- Work closely across departments to communicate any late drivers, bounces, or in transit issues as they arise.
- Ensure all shipments are accurately updated in McLeod with detailed notes and next scheduled calls.
- Proactively identify potential service failures.
- Assist with recovering bounced loads and prebooking early loaders.

Qualifications:
- Freight brokerage or experience with a trucking company is preferred but not required.
- Excellent phone etiquette as well as verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in McLeod is a huge plus.
- Proven ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
- Highly proficient in English, both verbal and written.
This role is onsite in our Skopje office with a combination of both salary and commission for every load you book.
Two Shifts Offered: Monday-Thursday 1-10PM CST or Friday-Sunday 1-10PM CST.
