About The Role:
As a Customer Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for using multiple avenues to build, maintain and grow customer relationships to heighten our team.
What You’ll Do:
Utilize cold outreach via phone, email and online resources to build a strong pipeline and onboard new business.
Serve as a resource to customers regarding transportation service offerings.
Earn and keep the trust of customers with exceptional service and communication.
Provide in-depth knowledge and understanding of the logistics industry to customers.
Expand your book of business by developing new relationships and expanding relationships with current customers.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 1-2 years of freight brokerage experience, Customer Sales is highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to build a book of business through cold outreach.
Experience in McLeod is a huge plus.
Proven ability to work both as a team and an individual contributor.
